Does Dyson do free delivery?
It can be painful waiting around for your new purchase to be delivered, which is why it’s great that Dyson offers free delivery. If you order between 8pm seven days a week, then Dyson will dispatch your product on that day, and it should arrive on the next working day. If you need a more specified timeslot, then Dyson can delay arrival at your convenience. Once your order has been shipped you’ll get an email from Dyson directing you to the courier that will be delivering your purchase, so that you can track your order with that third party.
Are Dyson products guaranteed?
Obviously, we hope you won’t need to return any of your Dyson products, but in the unlikely event you will need to, the company has a straightforward warranty policy. Cordless vacuums, stylers, straighteners, lights, purifiers, fans and fan heaters are covered by a 2-year guarantee. You’ll have access to a longer 5-year guarantee on corded vacuums. Accessories and spare parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. You’ll need to activate your guarantee on any purchase you make, which you can do on the Dyson website.
Are Dyson returns guaranteed?
We think it’s pretty rare for Dyson products to need to be returned, but if you do need to action a return, there’s a streamlined process in place. Start a Whatsapp conversation with the number listed on the Dyson support page, or send a letter to the detailed address if you don’t have access to a smartphone. If this is within 35 days of receiving your purchase, Dyson will pick up your product via courier at your home for no additional charge. The company will also refund you for the price you paid for your purchase, as well as any delivery fees. They will then process your refund for you, which should be at most 14 days from the date of your return being accepted.
Does Dyson do Black Friday sales?
