Can I get free delivery at Gtech?
If you buy a Gtech vacuum, carpet sweeper, lawnmower, grass trimmer, leaf blower, eBike, massage bed, patio heater or power tool, then you get access to free UK delivery. The same goes for the purchase of vacuum dust bags, grass trimmer blades, and any replacement parts that come under warranty. Any other order of spare parts or accessories for your appliance will have a £3.99 charge applied. If you order from Monday to Friday, Gtech will try to deliver your order under their Attempted Delivery policy by the next working day through their courier services, although this isn’t guaranteed. Attempted Next Day Delivery and Next Day delivery isn’t available in Northern Ireland, UK islands and the highlands.
Are Gtech returns free?
Gtech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. That means that if you want to change your mind at any point within that 30-day window, then you can access a return or an exchange from Gtech. The brand requires that customers pay a £10 return carriage fee per order on all products. If your product stops working at any time, then you can contact Gtech customer support, who can guide you through their troubleshooting process. If your product needs to be replaced due to a fault, then Gtech can arrange collection of it for inspection, and in the case of a replacement, they will deliver this free of charge.
Are Gtech products guaranteed?
If you buy a vacuum, carpet sweeper, lawnmower, grass strimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, eBike, massage bed, patio heater or power tool from Gtech, you’ll be covered by a 2-year guarantee. All other products (such as any replacement parts you may order) are covered by a shorter 6 month warranty. In order to access this guarantee, you’ll need to show proof of your purchase, so keep hold of receipts and emails detailing your transaction.
How do I contact Gtech customer service?
If you need help with setting up your Gtech purchase, or if you have any queries about your customer experience, then there’s plenty of help available either via the website or phone line. Customer Service Agents are available to call from Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9pm-5:30pm. The phone number is 0800 484 0215. If you don’t have the time to wait on the phone, you can also drop the customer service team an email by filling out the form available on the Gtech website.
What payment methods does Gtech have?
At Gtech, they have a few payment methods for you to choose from to pay for your new appliances, including all major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Gtech also accepts alternative payment methods such as PayPal.
Does Gtech offer an NHS discount?
Gtech doesn't currently offer an exclusive NHS discount, however, there is often a great selection of Gtech discount codes, including money-off and free gift codes - basically, you're never short of choice on ways to save.

Check the website during sales periods: Gtech offer discounts on the website during sales periods, including last Black Friday, making November and December a very advantageous time to shop. Last Black Friday included discounts on floorcare (like vacuums) and lawncare (such as lawn mowers), both big-ticket purchases that are excellent to get reduced. You’ll have to act fast to secure discounts during the Black Friday time period, however, as you can only get the best prices while stocks last.

What to buy from Gtech
Gtech is hugely popular for a number of reasons, one of those being the innovation that goes into their home appliances.
