FAQs
Does Heals have a clearance?
Yes, Heals does have a clearance sale on the website which runs all year round, offering discounts on furniture, homeware and lighting. The products in the sale change regularly but are normally up to 70% off.
Does Heals have a price match promise?
Heals pledges to match the price if you find one of its branded products elsewhere for less, and that includes sale prices. Heals says that the total price must take into account delivery, postage, warranty, fitting and installation charges where applicable and that the price will only match the advertised price offered by the competitor (i.e., this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points and cashback schemes). However, Heals will match sale prices, and honour the price promise for up to 7 days after your purchase, so keep your eyes peeled for discounts elsewhere, and you could save money even after you shop!
Can I get a warranty at Heals?
Yes, furniture products can get a 5-year warranty with PremierCare coverage by Castelan, which is offered on the Heals website. The warranty covers accidental staining and damages, and you can claim as many times as you like under your warranty.
Is Heals delivery free?
Heals parcel deliveries are free on orders over £100, but there’s a £6 delivery fee for orders under £100. Parcel items are delivered Monday to Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once they’re dispatched from Heals warehouse. Delicate, fragile or smaller items of furniture that do not require assembly, are delivered via Heals specialist one-man delivery service. Specialist orders over £500 are delivered free of charge. Furniture and other bulky items are delivered using Heals specialist two-man service. Bulky deliveries are free if the order value is over £5000, and there’s a £79 delivery charge for orders under £5000.
Does Heals do click and collect?
Heals does offer customers a free click & collect service but it's only available for items that are easily portable (you'll be able to see if it's available for collection on the product page). Click & collect is a great option if your order is under £100 and you want to save on delivery costs (delivery would cost £6 if your order is under £100). Once your order is available for collection, you'll receive an email. You then have up to 10 days to collect. You'll need your ID and confirmation email when collecting.
What is Heals returns policy?
Small parcels can be returned to store for free, or returned via a DPD Dropoff shop. A charge of £8.95 will be deducted from your refund if you return via DPD. Alternatively, you can return by a postal service of your choice at your cost. For Specialist delivery items, the brand requests customers contact the Customer Service Team who will arrange a collection. A collection charge of £25.00 will apply. A collection charge of £99.00 applies to all furniture and bulky item returns.
Is there a Heals student discount or NHS discount?
Heals doesn't currently offer an exclusive student or NHS discount. However, there are seasonal sales and a clearance sale which can save you money. We recommend signing up for the Heals newsletter so you can easily see when the next sale is live - just make sure you also check our page to see if there are any Heals discount codes you can also add at the checkout!
Does Heals offer interior design services?
Yes, Heals offers an Interior Planning Service that can deliver step-by-step guidance on spatial planning and furniture selection. There are three steps to the process. Firstly you’ll have a consultation with a member of Heals design team to discuss your design brief. Heals describe this as an ‘opportunity to brainstorm ideas about what you want to achieve, gather ideas and inspiration, as well as take a first look at some potential furniture designs’. Then a member of the team will do a home visit to get a feel for your space and take accurate measurements. The team will then put together a design proposal to help you visualise the potential finished look. This presentation includes ‘a detailed floor plan, product specifications and fabric options to help visualise the final look and feel’.
How do I contact Heals?
On the Heals website, you can start a live chat by clicking the message box on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Live chat is available Monday to Sunday from 9am until 8pm. You can also email the customer service team at cservices@heals.co.uk but bear in mind it might take a little while to get a response. Alternatively, you can call the team at 0333 212 1915, the phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am until 5pm.
Hints and tips
Whilst Heals discount codes are a great way to save money, there are also other ways to cut the cost of your purchase.
Wait for a sale: If you’re looking to save money on a Heals order, and are willing to wait, then the brand does run some sales events throughout the year. However, they’re not that frequent in comparison to most other retailers. Heals sales tend to coincide with the seasons, so if you can wait until after summer to invest in some of the best garden furniture the brand has to offer then you’ll likely find some discounts as the summer season comes to an end, or you could snap up some winter throws in the spring sales when the brand is clearing out cold weather stock for new warm weather lines.
Shop on Black Friday: Like many retailers, Heals has now started to run promotional activity over Black Friday. The price-slashing event happens each year on the last Friday of November, and although Heals is more restrained than most in its discounting, the brand has offered Black Friday deals in recent years – mainly a 24-hour affair on the day of Black Friday itself.
Check the clearance: Although the brand’s sales events may be fairly few and far between, it’s always worth having a scan through the Heals clearance section – either online or via the brand’s Kings Road Outlet Store. This is where end-of-line products get discounted and, if you get lucky, you can snap up some great bargains with discounts of up to 50% off.
Get the newsletter: Subscribe to the Heals newsletter and you’ll be the first to hear about new launches and promotions, as well as exclusive offers from the brand.

What to buy from Heals
In our opinion, Heals is synonymous with two things; furniture and lighting. So once you’re armed with your discount code, these are the sections we’d be looking to shop.
We particularly like the cool and contemporary Matera leather sofa. An own-brand design, this minimalist sofa blends super soft buttery leather with comfortable seats and a clean and modern silhouette. If you don’t fancy hardwearing leather, then there is also a great selection of velvet and boucle upholstery to choose from. Pair the two or three-seater sofa with a statement floor lamp from Heals' own-brand lighting collection, or choose some iconic designer lighting from Anglepoise, Flos, Tom Dixon, or Gubi, among others.
If your focus is on outdoor living instead, Heals' garden furniture is just as impressive as the indoor collections. We’re fans of the contemporary wooden Tanso outdoor furniture range by David Irwin that’s inspired by the simplicity of Japanese furniture. Made from durable and weather-resistant Grade A Teak wood, it’s an investment but one that’s built to last. And also the Eos garden furniture range by Matthew Hilton. Made from rust-resistant powder-coated aluminium the range is lightweight, durable, and super low maintenance, making it a great addition to any outdoor space.
How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.
We also have a Copywriting team who update the FAQs, Hints & Tips and Buyers Guides sections with additional information on how you can save money at each retailer, alongside answering other queries you may have.
What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).

About Heals
Home to the very best in contemporary furniture, modern lighting, and on-trend home accessories, Heals finger-on-the-pulse interior collections may make it something of a surprise that the brand was founded by John Harris Heal in 1810, over 200 years ago. However, the Heals brand has always been at the forefront of modern design. It’s flagship Tottenham Court Road store has long showcased emerging designers, and reliably proved itself ahead of the curve in trend-setting terms. Today the brand seeks to continue that legacy, carefully curating established designers alongside new and exciting design talent. As such, the Heals stores – whether online or bricks and mortar – are the perfect place for lovers of contemporary design to find inspiration, whether that’s via Heals own-brand collections, or its swoon-worthy edits of iconic brand names, including Gubi, Tom Dixon, Ercol, Ligne Roset, and many more. The brand’s furniture, lighting and interior accessories may be investment pieces, but if you’re on the hunt for a modern heirloom for your living room, some statement furniture for an outdoor living area, or even just some great contemporary bedroom ideas, then Heals is one the first places we’d recommend that you head.
