When is the next John Lewis sale?

Can I get a discount on my first order at John Lewis?
John Lewis doesn't currently offer a new customer discount when you sign up for the newsletter, however, joining the mailing list will mean you get to find out when the latest deals launch, so you'll never miss out on a sale.
Is there a John Lewis student discount?

Does John Lewis offer free delivery?
John Lewis & Partners offers free delivery when you spend £50 and over, and charges £4.50 for orders under £50. Exceptions apply to large items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations. Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am-6.30pm via Royal Mail, Evri, DHL or DPD. The brand sends you an email with tracking information once your item has left its warehouses. Larger items, including furniture and appliances, will either be delivered by a John Lewis & Partners van or one of its approved suppliers within 3 working days. The brand also offers next day delivery, named day delivery, and evening delivery options for most items. Charges for these delivery methods vary depending on the size of the order.
Does John Lewis have a click & collect service?
You can collect your John Lewis goodies from a John Lewis store or from a Collect+ location. Click & collect is free for orders over £30 and £2.50 for orders under. Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an email letting you know. Remember to bring the 9-digit order number with you as you'll need to share this when collecting your purchase. Items for collection in-store can be held for up to 7 days and Collect+ is 10 days.
Does John Lewis still price match?
From 1925 to 2022, John Lewis & Partners had a policy known as ‘Never Knowingly Undersold’ whereby it pledged to match the price of any of its competitors if they were selling one of John Lewis’ products for less. Sadly, this price-matching service was discontinued on the 23rd of August 2022.
What is the John Lewis returns policy?
If your product is unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact), it can generally be returned with proof of purchase within 35 days. The brand will then give you an exchange or refund if your returned product meets its terms and conditions. As John Lewis & Partners stock is so varied some exceptions may apply, so make sure to check the details before you shop.
