What to buy from Marks & Spencer
Marks & Spencer bedding is the homeware equivalent of its lingerie range, which is a go-to for its wide selection of great quality designs, from basics to statement pieces. When it comes to the best duvets, the Marks & Spencer bedding range offers everything from cotton and polyester options, right through to anti-allergy and cooling duvets to use alongside cooling mattress pads on hot summer nights.
Alongside pillowcases and pillow protectors in a huge array of colours, one of our top buys in the Marks & Spencer bedding collection is the super-popular silk pillowcase. This on-trend design offers incredible value for a 100% silk pillowcase at just £29.50, Available in 8 colours, sleeping on silk helps to reduce friction, which makes for smoother skin and hair, plus the silk pillowcase is machine washable, meaning it’s easy to clean, too.
When it’s time to dress your bed, M&S’s selection of bedding sets and duvet covers is always impressive, from timeless classics, to on-trend pieces that go viral, such as the palm print design that was a sell-out. Right now, we’re loving the bedding set in soothing colours, sporting on-trend patterns such as stripes and florals. The plain designs are also some of the brand’s bestsellers and we recommend combining plains with patterns for a look that’s easy to change up from season to season. Look out for M&S’s StayNew™ technology which has a non-iron finish, so you can give your bedroom a hotel-chic look without a lot of effort.
How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.
We also have a Copywriting team who update the FAQs, Hints & Tips and Buyers Guides sections with additional information on how you can save money at each retailer, alongside answering other queries you may have.
What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).

About Marks & Spencer
M&S is a British retailer bringing quality. Launched in 1884 by Michael Marks, M&S started life as a market stall at Kirkgate Market in Leeds. His stall sold simple homewares alongside slogans such as “Don’t ask the price, it’s a ‘Penny’”. To support the growth of his thriving business, Michael partnered with Tom Spencer, a cashier from a wholesale company called Dewhirst. This was the start of the ‘Marks & Spencer’ we know today, beginning with the pair’s Penny Bazaar stores. Now, M&S has more than 405 stores and over 100 websites globally and is well-known for selling great value food, clothing and homeware. Here at Ideal Home, we love Marks & Spencer deals over the peak shopping season, and love to spot a style-savvy bargain. When it comes to great quality homeware, the company specialises in everything you need to refresh your home, from furniture including best sofas to kitchenware, lighting to best pillows, plus the best garden furniture for your outdoor space.
