When does Shark have sales?
Shark has discounts on individual products throughout the year and you can find these items in the 'Offers' section of the website. The items discounted change regularly so it's always worth keeping an eye on the page. As for sitewide sales, it's best to check Shark during big seasonal sale events, like Black Friday, where more items will be reduced.
Does Shark price match?
Shark does have a Price Match policy. If you find a Shark product on one of the approved retailer's websites for less, Shark will match the price. Bear in mind this must be done within 30 days of purchase. Approved retailers include Amazon, Argos, Currys, John Lewis, AO, Very and Littlewoods. Head to the Fair Price Match Policy page on the Shark website for all the T&Cs.
Does Shark do student discount?
Yes, Shark has teamed up with Student Beans to offer exclusive discounts to those currently in education (both students and university graduates). Right now there are 3 student discounts available, with the main offer being 10% off. To unlock your student discount code, you just need to access the Student Beans portal with your school or university log-in through the Shark website or on the Student Beans website.
There’s even a University Edit for those who need to deck out their new student halls, with FAQs on which cleaning products to take with you on your first day.
Does Shark do NHS discount?
Shark does offer a 10% discount for key workers, which includes people working in healthcare, education, military, police and fire, delivery and transport and supermarkets. To get your discount code, you need to verify your employment on the Shark website. You just need to head to the Shark discount page and follow the instructions.
Does Shark offer discounts for seniors or young professionals?
Both young professionals (people aged 18-25) and seniors (people aged 55 and over) can enjoy a 10% discount on the Shark website. To get your discount you need to head to the Shark website and go to the discounts section. Here you can follow the steps and once you've verified your age and status Shark will email you your discount code.
Does Shark offer free delivery?
The good news is that Shark offers free delivery on all vacuums, regardless of which day you buy your vacuum, or at which time. You can even have your Shark purchase delivered on the weekends if that’s more convenient for you. When you make your purchase, you’ll also get notified of your one-hour delivery slot, so that you’re not waiting around for the door to ring. Shark will keep you in the loop with updates on your deliveries, with the option to download the DPD app if you want to see exactly where your parcel is on a map, too.
How long does free delivery from Shark take?
There are two delivery options with Shark. If you order a main vacuum unit from Shark before 7 pm on Monday to Friday, then Shark will aim to deliver your parcel by the next day. The same goes for if you order your parcel on a weekend before 2 pm. Though Shark endeavours to deliver your parcel by the next day in these scenarios, bear in mind that it’s not a guarantee. If you order a spare part or an accessory for your vacuum, expect to wait 3-5 working days for delivery to take place. There is a list of postcodes that Shark currently cannot offer Next Day delivery to on the website, which is worth double checking.
Can you click and collect from Shark?
If it’s much easier for you to pick up your Shark orders, then you’ll be happy to know that Click + Collect is available from a local pick-up point near you. To do this, proceed with the normal delivery procedure, and once you receive your tracking information from DPD, simply go to their website and make the change to redirect your parcel to a Click + Collect location instead. Bear in mind, if you do need to go down this route, your delivery may be delayed for 24 hours as a result, so it’ll take a bit longer to get your Shark products.
Does Shark products have a warranty?
Shark offers a 12-month warranty on the main units of its vacuums. That excludes parts and accessories which can be purchased separately. In order to access this warranty, you need to register your Shark purchase within 28 days. If you purchase from the Shark website, this is automatically done, but if you purchase from a third party, then be sure to follow the instructions that you’ll receive on your purchase in order to access these benefits. On the Shark website, you can find a full list of issues not covered by Shark’s standard warranty.
Does Shark offer free returns?
If you do need to return a Shark product for any reason, then you can get a free-of-charge returns label from the brand, and take your parcel to your nearest DPD pick-up point for ease. To access the label, visit the ‘My Account’ section of the Shark website once you’re logged in, and press return on the order that you need to send back. From there, you’ll start the process to download and print off your return label. If you’d rather have your item collected from your home, there’s a £15.00 fee, if it’s outside of the returns policy issued by Shark.

How do we make money?
